Patient
Relations Coordinator
Busy Family Practice Clinic in NW Fort Worth
seeks a Patient Relations Coordinator to
ensure smooth and efficient
front desk operations and ensure positive
patient relations. Coordinates
and assists front office employees engaged
in appointing, receiving, and registering
patients, verifying insurance, preparing
paperwork for patient visits. Assists in
checking patients out to include pricing and
collecting for services rendered, data entry
of over the counter transactions and end of
day balancing.

Job Requirements

Two or more years
front office experience in a medical office
or customer service experience. Ability to promote a
positive team spirit, inspire and motivate
others to perform well and react well under
pressure. Computer skills.
High school diploma or general education
degree (GED); or two or more years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. |
